FMC Interference

The complete FMC Performance Test Solution includes testing the scripts over a variety of real-world, dynamic environments to measure their effect on the performance of the solution. The environmental dynamics are controlled by Azimuth’s DIRECTOR™ Test Executive software and may include:

• Wi-Fi Traffic – same channel or co-channel Wi-Fi traffic generated using Azimuth’s testMAC® technology
• RF Interference (Bluetooth, microwave, cordless phones, etc) – using noise profiles from a Vector Signal Generator
• Multipath fading – emulating propogation paths per IEEE 802.11n models
• Network Impairments – typical behavior of the wired network back-end using a network simulator
